FAQs for Boma Software Products

I purchased your software product. After two weeks, it stops working and keeps telling me to register it.  What should I do?

Please click on "Help" or "Options" from the main menu of our software on your PDA, select "Register" and input the registration code to unlock the program. The registration code is in the email from casio/handango after you placed the order.

Will I get free updates of your software products?

Yes, you can get FREE software updates once you purchase the product. Your registration code should work with updated versions.

Is there a difference between the trial version of your software and the full purchased version?

No, the trial version and full version are the same except the trial version will stop working after 15 days.

I am new to Pocket Manager (BE300), Can you tell me how to install your software into my Pocket Manager?

The following are the setp-by-step instructions:
1. You need to have WinZip installed in your PC. If you don't, download it from http://www.winzip.com and install it in your PC
2. Run the software PC connect from your PC. (install it from casio BE-300 CD)
3. Download our software from casio/handango web site into you PC. The filename should has ".zip" extension.
4. Double click on the zip file you download from casio/handango site, it should bring up the WinZip program, there are some files inside the "WinZip" window
5. Click on the menu icon "Install" from "WinZip" window to install our software, after that just follow the instructions to finish the installation.

If you still have problems, Maybe you should try to soft reset your BE300
(there's a reset button on the left hand side of  your BE300).
